What are the shipping costs?

Orders from €99 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €99, we charge €6.95 shipping costs. For Belgium this is €9.00

What is the delivery time?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. The maximum delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days.

What is the return period?

ZeroDrops.nl offers you a 30-day reflection period and free returns. Register your return via info@zerodrops.nl and you will receive a free return label. We will refund the order amount within 3 working days.

Do you only sell tool lanyards?

ZeroDrops.nl only sells materials to protect your tools against falls. For personal fall protection, we would like to refer you to Ropetech.nl

Inspection of fall protection

Fall protection must be inspected annually. It is therefore wise to inspect NLG products immediately. NLG products are provided with a serial number as standard, unique for tool lanyards, but this makes them easy to trace. For testing and inspection of your fall protection, it is best to contact Ropetech.nl
