Guarantee
Even though we only offer high-quality materials, it may happen that the product becomes defective through no fault of your own. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
We offer a 2-year warranty on NLG products, the warranty on other products is usually 12 months. Warranty conditions are usually stated on the article pages and in the documents included in the product packaging.
You can claim the warranty by sending a description of the defect including photos to info@ropetech.nl. We try to complete a warranty application as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
Delivery times
We try to deliver ordered products to our shipping partner PostNL as quickly as possible. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or pick it up at a PostNL collection point. If the delivery person does not find anyone at home, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or taken to the nearest collection point. Despite good experiences with PostNL, it may happen that the delivery is not as desired, in which case please contact us.
Delivery time
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. The delivery time of our products is a maximum of 3 to 5 working days.
Postage costs
Orders from €99 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €99, we charge €6.37 shipping costs within the Netherlands. For Belgium you pay €9.50 shipping costs. (the amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT) Shipping costs to other EU countries will be calculated during checkout.
Returns Policy

Zerodrops.nl offers you a 30-day reflection period and free returns. Register your return via info@zerodrops.nl and you will receive a free return label. We will refund the order amount within 3 working days.
We ask you for the reason for the return in order to improve our services. However, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You are therefore not obliged to provide a reason, but you will help us to improve our services. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will provide a refund within 3 working days provided the product has been returned in good order.
Products must be returned unused. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@zerodrops.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.”
